The truth about repairing an old hot water system?
Some faults are cheap to fix, like a thermostat or element. A tank that is leaking from the body cannot be repaired and needs replacing. Dylan will tell you which one you have.
Do you do gas and electric systems?

My relief valve is dripping. Is that normal?
